All parts are 3mm aluminium or 3 mm acrylic glass, The top 4 nuts keep the thing together, 
when you remove the lid you can take it appart like a puzzle :-) 
The logo's are laser cut by a friend of mine. total cost: about 300 - 400 EUR 
hours spent: hard to say, but about 250.
